Refund policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help you with an easy return or refund.

1. Return Eligibility: 
New and unopened items are eligible for return. However, certain products are final sale and can’t be returned. These include, but are not limited to, gift cards, personalized items, perishable goods such as food, clearance items, and open hygienic products.

2. Return Timeframe 

You have 60 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If 60 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

3. Item conditions requirements 

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included. 

 4. How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, please contact our Customer Support team at help@mylifetrove.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide return instructions and any necessary authorization details.

5. Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges unless a product was delivered damaged or incorrect. When preparing your return shipment:

Use a trackable shipping method to protect your return.

Retain your tracking number as proof of shipment.
Return shipping costs are not refundable.

Note that unapproved returns sent on your own will not be refunded or credited, our team needs to approve the request first.

6. Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees. You will receive a full refund for all eligible returns.

7. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period (typically within 7‑10 business days after inspection). Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please inspect your delivery immediately and contact us at help@mylifetrove.com within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the item and packaging along with your order information, and we will assist with the appropriate next steps at no additional cost.

9. Exchange
Exchanges are available for damaged or incorrect items. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
