At LifeTrove, we're delighted to offer fast shipping on all orders! We ship directly from our warehouse right to your door.

Order Processing Times: Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing and dispatch. Orders are considered dispatched once handed to our carrier and in transit to your chosen address. During peak times and holidays, processing may extend up to 7 business days.

Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping on orders over $60 USD while orders under that amount may pick between:

Standard Shipping for $9.95 USD 

Premium Expedited Shipping for $12.95 USD (usually faster by 1-3 days total)

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details: Customers must ensure accurate shipping details at checkout. Incomplete or inaccurate details may cause delays or order cancellation. Address issues detected by our system will prompt an email verification within 3 business days. Failure to respond may result in order cancellation.

To correct shipping details, email us at help@mylifetrove.com within 24 hours of order placement. Changes after this time are not guaranteed.

Delayed Delivery: While we aim for prompt delivery, delays may occur due to external factors. We'll inform you promptly of any issues affecting order processing, shipment, or delivery. External factors include courier disruptions, weather conditions, and product availability.

LifeTrove is not liable for delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control. We'll keep you updated and assist within our capabilities.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We understand the frustration of lost or stolen packages. Contact us at help@mylifetrove.com for assistance. File a claim with the courier, and we'll liaise with them on your behalf. Replacement may be offered based on the situation.

LifeTrove is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we'll support you in resolving the issue. If the package is unrecoverable, we recommend filing a police report.
