Cancellation policy
When you enroll in the Life Circle Membership, your subscription begins with a 28-day free trial. After your trial ends, your selected payment method will be automatically billed $34.95 every 28 days unless you pause or cancel.
Managing Your Subscription
You may pause or cancel at any time through your account dashboard.
Once logged in, cancellation can be completed with a single click.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle and will stop all future charges.
Store Credit
Each billing cycle includes store credit equal to your membership fee.
Store credit must be used within the same 28-day billing period and does not roll over to future cycles.
Refunds & Mid-Cycle Cancellations
No refunds are issued once a billing cycle has been charged.
We do not offer partial refunds for cancellations made mid-cycle.
Membership benefits remain available until the end of the current billing period, even if you cancel early.
Billing Issues & Chargebacks
If you experience any billing concerns, please contact our customer support team at help@mylifetrove.com before disputing a charge.
Filing an unapproved chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension and forfeiture of unused store credit.
LifeTrove reserves the right to contest chargebacks by providing proof of subscription enrollment, trial acceptance, and billing authorization.
